چکیده
Abstract 3D printing in the textile and fashion industry is a new emerging technology. Applications of for designing clothes other wearable accessories require tribological biological understanding plastics against complex human skin to mitigate skin-friction related ailments such as calluses blisters. This study provides insight search an optimal printable material that has minimal friction skin. Two low materials, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) polyamide (TPA) were chosen testing was carried out water responsive model. The model synthesized using gelatine based made with cotton crosslinked glutaraldehyde. Tribological TPU/TPA dry wet conditions made. higher coefficient (COF) observed condition compared condition. To overcome friction, TPA/TPU-sodium polyacrylate composites prepared by heat pressing significantly reduced COF TPU TPA ∼ 40% 75%, respectively, conditions.

Tribological and Mechanical Behaviors of Polyamide 6/Glass Fiber Composite Filled with Various Solid Lubricants
The effects of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), graphite, ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), and their compounds on mechanical and tribological properties of glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide 6 (PA6/GF) were studied. The polymeric materials were blended using twin-screw extruder and subsequently injection molded for test samples. Mechanical properties were investigated in terms of ...
متن کاملInkjet-Printed Graphene/PEDOT:PSS Temperature Sensors on a Skin-Conformable Polyurethane Substrate
Epidermal electronic systems (EESs) are skin-like electronic systems, which can be used to measure several physiological parameters from the skin. This paper presents materials and a simple, straightforward fabrication process for skin-conformable inkjet-printed temperature sensors. Epidermal temperature sensors are already presented in some studies, but they are mainly fabricated using traditi...
متن کاملWater decontamination by polyoxometalate-functionalized 3D-printed hierarchical porous devices.
The design of organic-inorganic hybrid composites has revolutionized application-driven materials design. Here, we show how hierarchically structured, 3D-printed ABS polymers can be surface-functionalized with lacunary polyoxometalate anions ([α-PW9O34]9-) featuring heavy-metal binding sites. The resulting composite is highly porous and can be used for the removal of transition-metal pollutants...
متن کاملa comparison of teachers and supervisors, with respect to teacher efficacy and reflection
supervisors play an undeniable role in training teachers, before starting their professional experience by preparing them, at the initial years of their teaching by checking their work within the proper framework, and later on during their teaching by assessing their progress. but surprisingly, exploring their attributes, professional demands, and qualifications has remained a neglected theme i...
